All Forms are in PDF Format, so if you are having difficulties in opening it, please ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
If you have previously entered a truck with us, then you will automatically be sent a paper form through the post in early May, together with some additional information.
When forms are returned to us, we normally process them in batches and the first forms will be returned in the middle of June.
The cost of Entry to the Show has been kept at the 2009 level, which is:
- pre-entries up until 9am Wednesday 4th July: Trucks £15, Combinations £20
- On the gate 6/7/8 July: Trucks £20, Combinations £25
- Vintage Trucks are Free!
The booking fee entitles entry to the Show for the driver only, all other occupants of the Truck are required to pay the standard admission charge. The Driver will also receive a commemorative gift upon entry to the Show!
Although the Show is open to the general public on Sunday only, it is open to Exhibitors and Traders from Friday night. Trucks and their occupants may enter the Showground during the following hours:
- Friday 6th July: 5.00pm until 9.00pm
- Saturday 7th July: 8.00am until 7.00pm
- Sunday 8th July: 7.30am until 9.00am
Due to Health and Safety regulations, we regret that it is not possible to allow late entry of Trucks after 9.00am on Sunday morning.
Although last year's voting system was a great hit with the visitors, feedback from the Truck Exhibitors has indicated that most people prefer their Trucks to be judged. Therefore, Formal judging has returned for 2012 with a revised number of classes and a brand new set of judges.
Shower, Bar and Catering facilities are available from 5.00pm on Friday night. There will also be a private party held in the Exhibition Hall on Saturday night, performer to be confirmed!
